GETTING THERE
From Australia
Jetstar - Yes! Jetstar flies to Thailand. Indeed, they fly direct from Melbourne & Perth to Phuket. This will likely be the cheapest option.
Let’s do it! Let’s fly Jetstaaaaar!
Singapore Air - Cheap flights to Phuket from Brisbane with one stopover in Singapore. Unfortunately we couldn’t find any direct flights from Brisbane, but there are plenty of options with one stop over to look at.
From Vienna or Prague
Eva Air - Direct flights from Vienna to Bangkok or make one stopover to get to Phuket. This was the cheapest we found but have a look yourself as prices fluctuate regularly.
Flying in Asia
Air Asia - Cheap as hell. Flights from Bangkok to Phuket are very cheap and very often.
If you want to explore other parts of Asia as part of this adventure, look into them.
Other Options
To check out flights, we recommend Skyscanner or Kiwi.
We recommend using them to find the best and cheapest flights, and then going directly to the website of the airline you would like to book with. This way, if the flight is delayed or anything else goes wrong, you are dealing directly with the airline and not a middle-man.
Phuket Airport to Resort
The resort is about a 45min drive from the Phuket airport. You can easily catch a taxi or Uber. We’ve been told that Uber, Bolt and Grab are the cheapest options on the island, cheaper than even the Tuk Tuks. You will need data on your phone to use these (see the LINKS AND USEFUL TIPS tab for help).
